【摘 要】由于我国水资源时空分布不均匀，为了解决农业、矿业等行业经常用水不足的问题，近年来我国大力建设水利工程。水利工程的建设克服了水资源的时空分布不均匀的问题，还缓解了旱涝灾害带来的影响，促进了我国经济的发展。但是水利建设带来便利的同时，也给生态环境带来了一定的影响。论文简单论述了水利建设对生态环境的影响以及相应解决的措施。

【Abstract】Due to the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in China， in order to solve the problems of water shortage in agriculture， mining and other industries， China has vigorously built water conservancy projects in recent years. The construction of water conservancy projects overcomes the problem of uneven distribution of water resources， and also alleviates the effects of drought and waterlogging disaster， and promotes the development of China's economy. But while bringing the convenience， the water conservancy construction also has brought the certain influence to the ecological environment. This paper mainly discusses the influence of water conservancy construction on the ecological environment and the corresponding measures.

1 引言

自新中国成立以来，我国的水利工程建设的规模日益扩大。的确水利工程的建设为我国经济发展带来了巨大的利益，弥补了水资源的时空分布不均匀，形成了发电、防洪、供水、排涝于一体，极大地满足了人们生产和生活的需要，而且对我国的边防建设也起到了一定的作用。但水利工程在建设的同时也一定程度地打破了生态平衡，如果生态环境被破坏的严重的话，最终还是会影响到人们的生活。

2 水利工程建设对生态环境的影响

2.1 对水环境的影响

水利工程的修建改变了天然水体的水文条件，导致了堤坝下游水体的变化：①改变了水流的速度。在水利建设期间因为河坝要对水流进行拦截，因此离堤坝近的区域的水流量增加，库区内的水流速度加快。在水利工程运行过程中，由于河流的流域面积扩大了，所以河流的速度就会下降。而水流的下游受其影响，泄水量下降，丰水期的水量减少，使得水流的枯水期周期增加，水量也增加。……
