【摘 要】在知识高度密集的电网企业，调度员作为电网运行监视、操作和事故处理的指挥人员，其素质的高低直接关系到电网的安全稳定运行和企业的核心竞争力的提升。随着电网规模的不断变大，风光电等新能源不断地接入，电网调度员的工作任务越来越重，调度员应具备哪些素质才能适应大环境的发展变化、满足驾驭大电网的需要。论文通过多名电网调度员的工作实践，总结出一些经验、心得来和大家共享。

【Abstract】In highly densely populated power grid enterprises， the quality of dispatchers is directly related to the safe and stable operation of power grids and the enhancement of core competitiveness of power grid operators. With the increasing scale of the power grid and the continuous access of new energy， such as wind light and electricity， the task of the dispatcher is becoming more and more heavy. What kind of quality should the dispatcher have to adapt to the development and the change of the big environment and meet the needs of controlling the big power grid？ Through the work practice of a number of power grid dispatchers， the paper sums up some experience and share with everyone.

1 引言

随着南网公司建设国际一流电网企业目标的确定，对人才的高密度需求愈发紧迫。电网规模的迅速扩大，新设备、新技术大量的投入实际应用，电网企业管理模式的不断变革，电网调控的复杂程度日益增加。身为电网指挥管理中枢的调度员应该具备哪些能力才能胜任驾驭电网的重任是值得思考的问题。

广西中调目前有调度员19名，采取五班三倒模式。除去行政班、借調人员，每值基本保证3人配置。有五年及以上经验的调度长5人，4～5年工作经验的正值调度员5人，其余均为工作4年以下的年轻调度员。如何加速年轻调度员的成长既是电网安全稳定运行的需要，也是有利于调度员实现更好的职业发展的需要。

2 高度的责任心

电网调度的责任心除了体现在对工作认真负责外，还体现高度的安全意识上。调度工作忌讳三种情况：一是盲目听从指挥，自己不动脑筋；……
