【摘 要】论文展开的对PPP项目公司资本结构的影响因素分析，主要目的在于了解PPP项目的发展情况，以及影响PPP项目公司资本结构的具体因素。为了掌握相关影响因素，促进PPP项目公司资本结构的稳定发展，论文主要从建筑业方面展开了探讨。首先，对建筑工程PPP项目公司资本结构加以概述。其次，明确分析建筑工程PPP项目公司资本结构的影响因素时的具体思路。最后，探讨建筑工程PPP项目公司资本结构的影响因素。

【Abstract】This article analyzes the influencing factors of the capital structure of PPP project companies. Its main purpose is to understand the development of PPP projects and the specific factors affecting the capital structure of PPP project companies. In order to master relevant factors， and promote the stable development of capital structural of PPP project company， paper mainly analyzes on the building industry. First of all， it outlines the capital structure of the construction engineering PPP project company. Second， understands the specific ideas when analyzing the impact of the capital structure of a construction project PPP project company. Finally， the influencing factors of the capital structure of the construction engineering PPP project companies are discussed.

1 引言

在信息网络化时代发展进程中，我国综合国力显著提升。与此同时，PPP项目作为改革新项目，逐渐受到社会各界的广泛关注。根据对PPP项目的分析，发现其在学术领域中的含义，主要是指公私合作。在市场经济体制环境下，我国的改革不断深入，PPP项目的内涵和外延，虽然在一定程度上存在争议，但是在社会发展进程中仍始终呈现出不停发展的趋势。在对PPP项目的公司资本进行基础性融资时，可能存在很多的影响因素。为此，本文致力于通过对PPP项目资本结构、影响因素等内容的分析，为日后促进PPP项目的发展，奠定坚实的基础。

2 PPP项目公司资本结构概述分析
