【摘 要】现在施工企业面临全新的要求和挑战，因此需要提高企业政工干部管理水平来应对全新的要求。本文对施工建筑企业和企业政工干部管理水平等相关课题进行研究，此次研究从企业政工管理的意义入手，对提高建筑施工企业政工干部管理水平的措施进行详细探讨。论文研究的主要目的是明确政工管理在建筑企业的重要性，进而促使提高建筑施工企业政工干部管理水平的有效措施得以顺利开展，以此来推动建筑施工企业的可持续性发展。

【Abstract】Now construction enterprises are facing new requirements and challenges. Therefore， it is necessary to improve the management level of enterprise political cadres to meet the new requirements. This paper studies the related subjects about the management level of construction enterprises and enterprise political and industrial cadres. Starting with the significance of the management of enterprise political work， this study discusses in detail the measures to improve the management level of political work cadres in construction enterprises. The main purpose of this study is to clear the importance of political work management in construction enterprises. Thus， the effective measures to improve the management level of political workers in construction enterprises can be carried out smoothly， so as to promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises.

1 引言

政工管理工作在企业中具有重要作用，其不仅可以帮助企业从业人员树立完善的职业素养，而且可以推动企业进行有效的创新性改革，为企业的健康发展提供保障。但是在实际的政工管理工作中，政工干部的管理水平还有一定的上升空间，如何有效提高政工干部管理水平成为企业面临的全新课题。此次研究对丰富建筑施工企业政工管理方面的知识具有理论性意义，对指导提高政工干部管理水平的有效措施的有效开展具有现实指导性意义。

2 企业政工管理的意义

企业政工管理的意义主要体现在两方面：一方面是深化企业的改革，由于企业只是追求经济利润，对政工工作的重要性缺乏正确认识，致使企业职工潜能得不到有效发挥。为了保证企业的可持续性发展，需要对政工工作加强重视程度，并且以政工管理工作为核心进行企业工作的有效开展；……
