【摘   要】 本文对江苏省微农业与电商产业发展的现状进行了分析与说明，并从移动终端应用将成为微农业与电商产业发展的主力军、推动实体经济与互联网行业融合发展、基础支撑能力不断提升，深入推进试点示范工作、全新的商务模式将对人类的社会生活产生重大影响等方面，阐述了江苏省微农业与电商产业发展特征及规律，以期为促进江苏省微农业与电商产业的更好发展提供参考。

[Abstract] This paper analyzes and explains the current situation of the development of micro agriculture and e-commerce industry in Jiangsu province， and will become the main force in the development of micro-agriculture and e-commerce industry from the application of mobile terminal to promote the integration of real economy and internet industry The basic support ability is continuously improved， pilot demonstration work is deeply promoted， and the new business model will have a significant impact on the social life of human beings.

農业占据着我国经济的极大比重，其也是我国一直以来经济发展的重点关注对象，近年来电子商务的发展对我国农业的整体发展形成了推动力，虽然微农业是与传统农业有所区别的微型精品农业，包含了微生物农业、互联网农业、小规模精品种植及养殖业等多方面的内容，但微农业与电商产业仍旧需积极建设发展，促进我国农业产业结构的尽快转型与升级。

1  江苏省微农业与电商产业发展现状

就江苏省当前微农业与电商产业发展的现状来看，其中较为突出的便是互联网农业，而这也是当前发展之中的重点内容，江苏省也因此推行《江苏省政府办公厅关于加快推进“互联网+”现代农业发展的意见》，随着这一意见的实行，江苏省内的许多城市，如南京市、连云港市都积极响应号召，其中南京市正在积极开展国家电子商务示范城市的创建工作，连云港市也响应国家号召，努力建设“一带一路”农业国际合作示范区，这不仅仅能够对江苏省微农业与电商产业发展带来推动力，更能够实现对周边区域现代农业发展的加快推动，对于我国整体的经济发展而言具有重要意义[1]。……
