摘 要：运用数据挖掘技术中的线性回归算法，对上海市61家火锅餐厅在大众点评网的数据进行处理，分析与评分有关的影响因素，帮助火锅餐厅管理者做出决策。数据挖掘结果表明：朋友之间在餐厅中聚餐的次数、口味、服务质量越高、评分越高；家庭在餐厅聚餐次数、提供夜宵次数、餐厅老字号年数越多，评分越低。

Abstract： Using the linear regression algorithm in data mining technology， the data of 61 hot pot restaurants in Shanghai on dianping.net are processed， and the influencing factors related to score are analyzed to help the managers of hot pot restaurants to make decisions. Data mining results show that： the higher the number of times， taste， quality of service of friends are in the restaurant， the higher the score is； the larger the dinner times， the number of times to provide supper， the years of running the restaurant are for families in the restaurant， the lower the score is.

1 概述

在移動互联网时代，客户选择餐饮的决策方式已经悄然发生改变。过去，客户通过同事、朋友的介绍选择餐厅。而今，虽然上述决策方式还产生作用，但是越来越多的客户主要选择利用移动互联网信息选择餐厅，例如依赖“大众点评网”的上其他客户对餐厅的点评信息进行决策。餐厅在“大众点评网”等信息平台上的评分越高，客户选择该餐厅的概率越大。因此在餐饮行业，传统的宣传手段已经无法适应现在的用户的要求。如何提高在“大众点评网”等互联网信息平台上的评分，已经成为餐饮营销宣传的关键问题。众所周知，服务、环境等因素都可能影响客户的评分，哪些因素是影响客户评分的关键因素呢？通过线性回归算法分析影响餐饮行业评分的关键因素，可有利于餐饮行业管理者为营销宣传提供决策依据。上海是全球著名金融中心，全球人口规模和面积最大的都会区之一。以上海市火锅餐厅为例进行分析，可以为其他城市的餐饮评分影响因素分析提供参考。……
