摘 要：在“大众创业，万众创新”的国策引导下，各种双创平台应运而生。文章主要从双创平台的现状、发展情况，对我国现有的双创平台种类进行归纳，同时还对近年来我国双创平台取得的成果和存在的问题进行了总结和分析，希望能对我国双创平台的发展起到建设性的作用。

Abstract： Under the guidance of the national policy of "mass entrepreneurship&mass; innovation"， a variety of I&E; platforms have emerged as the times require. In this paper， the current situation and development of the I&E; platform are summarized， and the achievements and problems of the I&E; platform in recent years are summarized and analyzed. It is hoped that it will play a constructive role in the development of our country's I&E; platform.

1 概述

自從2014年的夏季达沃斯论坛上李克强总理提出“大众创业，万众创新”的口号以来，双创风潮席卷了全国各地。双创平台作为孵化创新创业者们的重要场所，能有效地承接起我国社会创新创业发展的重任。

2 双创平台概况

2.1 发展历程

自1987年第一家科技企业孵化器在武汉诞生以来，目前全国的孵化器总数已增至3400余家，且近五年新增孵化器近2000家。据统计，目前在我国2226家国家级双创平台中，总共有国家级的科技企业孵化器、加速器与产业园872家，1354家的国家级众创空间。截止到2016年底，纳入我国火炬计划的科技企业孵化器与企业加速器数量共计3700余家，众创空间约4300家。当前形势下的双创平台较以往而言更为市场化与多样化。越来越多的双创平台不再是由政府主导的运营机构，转而催生了一批例如创业咖啡、创新SOHO等新型孵化机构。相比于传统的国有科技园、孵化器来说，这些机构运营表现更加市场化，资金流动也相对自由，大量的民间资本借助这些新型孵化机构得以利用。……
