摘 要：基础设施建设是现今乃至今后一段时间我国发展的重点也是难点，长期以来我国一直属于发展中国家，并将长期处于发展阶段，积极推进各项基础设施建设、完善发展体系将会为我国的经济发展注入更多的活力。建筑工程项目施工是一项长期而复杂的工程，建筑工程项目施工中涉及到建筑工程项目的施工技术、施工管理等多个环节，各环节之间相互作用共同影响着建筑工程项目的施工质量与施工工期。新时期，建筑工程项目施工中应当在狠抓建筑工程项目施工技术落实的同时积极加强建筑工程项目的施工管理，保障建筑工程项目安全、高效的完成。

Abstract： Infrastructure construction is the focus and difficulty of our country's development at present and even in the future. For a long time， our country has been a developing country and will be in the development stage for a long time. Actively promoting the construction of various infrastructure facilities and improving the development system will bring more vitality to China's economic development. The construction of a building project is a long-term and complex project. Construction technology and construction management are involved in the construction of a building project. The interaction among all procedures affects the construction quality and construction period of the building project altogether. In the new period of development， we should pay close attention to the implementation of the construction technology of the building project and actively strengthen the construction management， in order to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the building project.

前言

建筑工程项目现场施工管理是建筑工程项目施工中的重点同时也是难点，在过去的一段时间内我国建筑业进入了一个高速发展期，大量的城市建设与基建项目的上马为建筑业注入了大量的活力，但是在建筑业高速发展的过程中由于建筑管理专业人员的不足致使出现了众多的问题。新时期，在建筑工程项目施工中应当积极加强建筑工程项目现场施工管理，保障建筑工程项目安全、高效的施工。

1 建筑工程项目现場施工管理现状及所存在的不足

建筑工程项目现场施工管理是一项系统性的工作，由于建筑工程项目现场施工管理所面临的现场环境极为复杂，建筑工程项目现场施工管理主要负责在复杂的现场环境中做好人员、物资的调配与各施工工序之间的良好衔接用以保障建筑工程项目施工的顺利进行，为实现这一目标对建筑工程项目现场施工管理提出了更高的要求。……
