摘 要：中国高等教育的蓬勃发展孕育了新的高校交流沟通机制——高校社群。目前，高校社群发展初具有规模，高校社群共享受到广泛关注。文章针对高校社群共享所存在的问题进行分析，积极探索在互联网+和共享时代下，高校应如何运用全媒体手段建设高校社群共享平台，充分发挥高校资源优势，通过资源共享来提高高校的教学水平和人才培养质量，为高校的发展做出贡献。

Abstract： The vigorous development of higher education in China has given birth to a new communication mechanism in colleges and universities-the university community. At present， the university community development has been on a certain scale， so the university community sharing receives the widespread concern. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the community sharing in colleges and universities， this paper explores actively how colleges and universities should make use of the all-media means to construct the community sharing platform in colleges and universities in the era of Internet Plus and sharing， so as to give full play to the advantages of university resources， to improve the teaching level of colleges and universities and the quality of talent training through the sharing of resources， and make contributions to the development of colleges and universities.

1 概述

互联网的发展促进手机终端等多种新媒体的形式迅速普及，信息渠道实现了多元化，快捷便利的交流方式促使社群更好的发展。我们将[1]由一定社会关系连接起来进行互动的集合体称为社群。高校天然是社群。高校由于独特的知识、资源，其组成的社群也更加丰富多彩。[2]高校社群有着普通社群没有的优越性，具有非知识特质更相近、知识交流更充分以及成员的学习意愿更强烈等特点。为使高校资源得到充分利用，建设高校社群共享平台是十分有必要的。在全媒体环境下，知识交流途径更加丰富，资源共享互惠得到倡导，信息化手段大量使用，这些使高校社群共享平台的建立成为可能。

2 建设高校社群共享平台是高校环境良性发展的有利措施

（1）促进校园资源的高效交互与利用。在全媒体的背景下，共享平台能挖掘隐性资源，高校教职工和在校生可以在共享平臺上实现有效沟通，教师之间、教师与学生之间、学生之间的知识交流活动频繁，促进将隐性知识变成显性知识，将师生之间闲置的校园资源充分利用。……
