摘 要 “微”学习已然成为了一种重要的学习模式，高校图书馆开展微课服务将充分展示图书馆的存在价值。高校图书馆要遵循用户本位等原则构建微课服务体系，并从建立微课学习资源系统、广泛宣传、拓展服务内容、部门协作、学科馆员和教育培训六个方面开展服务，以期推动高校图书馆服务体系的创新。

Abstract Micro-learning has become an important learning mode， and the micro-lecture service in university libraries will fully demonstrate the existence value of the library. University library should follow the principle of user-oriented to construct micro-lecture service system from six aspects， such as establishing learning resources system of micro-lecture， carrying out extensive publicity， expanding the service contents， the inter-department cooperation， the subject librarian， and educational training， in order to promote the innovation of service system in university libraries.

近年来，随着移动通信技术的不断进步和网络媒体的发展，“微”时代已悄然到来，“微”学习成为了一种重要的学习模式，引发了高校读者群体学习与阅读方式的变化。为了能紧跟“微”时代节奏，更好地满足高校图书馆读者群体的需求，高校图书馆有必要采用“微课程”的方式，转变工作思路，创新服务手段，以开阔的眼界和宽广的视野，努力开创“微”时代高校图书馆读者服务工作的新局面。

1 高校图书馆微课服务的作用

微课服务是以微型教学视频为主要载体，基于微课不受时间、空间约束的特点，为用户提供微型化和自主化的学习方式，从而满足用户需求的新型服务。高校图书馆作为学校重要的教辅机构和学习场所，引入微课服务将有效沟通并掌握图书馆与新生代读者之间的供需关系，从而进一步提升高校图书馆在学校的地位和作用，充分展示图书馆的存在价值。

1.1 帮助读者实现自主化和移动化学习

由于微课短小精悍，易于传播，再加上智能终端和无线网络的普及，学生可以按照自己的学习目的，灵活选择学习时间和学习内容。……
