[摘要] 应用于临床半个多世纪的西药抗抑郁剂暴露出不少问题。中医药治疗抑郁症有效，但远非尽如人意。该文黄家医圈千步脉为指导，以《内》《难》论述为基础，受陶弘景《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》（以下简称《辅行诀》）启迪，创制知乐胶囊方。经过20年的艰苦探索、反复实践，知乐胶囊的药效试验和临床观察均获成功，开辟了中医治疗抑郁症的新途径。知乐胶囊临床应用的愈显率高于西药抗抑郁剂，起效迅速、不良反应少、临床依从性好，西药抗抑郁剂无法与之媲美。各种类型的抑郁症患者只要出现心肝两虚脉，知乐胶囊径可用之。知乐胶囊亦可推广用于急性应激障碍、焦虑症、短期性精神病、低落性情感疾患、歇斯底里、失眠症、神经官能症等，同时还可与西药抗抑郁剂或其他中药配合应用。

[Abstract] The western medicine applied in clinic for more than half a country has revealed lots of problems. Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on depression is effective but still far from satisfactory. In this paper， the formula of Zhile capsule was created under the direction of Huang Jia Yi Quan Thousand Step Pulse and based on the medical literature of “Neijing”， “Nanjing” and “Fuxingjue”. Success had been achieved both in pharmacodynamic test and clinical observation of sunny pills after exploration and practice for 20 years， which had provided a new way of traditional Chinese medicine in anti-depression. Compared with western medicine， Zhile capsule showed a higher effective rate， more rapid onset， fewer side effects and better clinical compliance. Patients who suffer from any type of depression with a deficiency in liver and heart are recommended using Zhile capsule. Furthermore， Zhile capsule are recommended in ATSD， anxiety， short-term psychosis， dysthymic disorder， hysteria， insomnia and psychoneurosis. The combination of western medicine and other traditional Chinese medicine is also acceptable.

抑郁癥（depression）又称抑郁性障碍，是由多种原因引起的以显著而持久的心境低落、兴趣丧失或半丧失、运动迟缓（身体疲惫）为主要临床特征的一组心境障碍或情感性障碍，是一种以抑郁心境自我体验为中心的神经精神疾病。近年来，随着其发病率日益升高，已被医学界公认为一种常见的精神疾病，是全球性主要精神卫生问题之一，仅次于心脏病的危害人类健康的第二大疾患[1]。世界卫生组织指出：全球人口中每20人就有1人患有抑郁症。专家估算，全球约有3.4亿人患抑郁症[2]。美国医学协会调查显示，抑郁症发病率最高的年龄段在25～30岁之间，其中女性的比例明显高于男性[3]。……
