[摘要] 单肺通气是当老年人患有呼吸道或肺部疾病后为了避免患病区域的传染性感染而实行的一种加大健康的肺叶工作量的技术。并且此技术目前主要应用于对患者实施胸腔内器官手术时为了减小病灶部位对健康肺叶的影响而采取的一种便利手段。从客观的角度来说，实施这种技术也有利于锻炼健康肺叶的负荷能力，对一些单肺通气疾病的老年患者的正常生活提供保证。

[Abstract] Single lung ventilation is a technique to increase the workload of healthy lungs when the elderly suffer from respiratory or pulmonary diseases， so as to avoid infectious infections in the affected areas. And this technique is currently used mainly in patients undergoing thoracic surgery， and this is a convenient means to reduce the location of lesions on the impact of a healthy. From an objective point of view， the implementation of this technology is also conducive to exercise the load capacity of healthy lung lobe， and to provide a guarantee for the normal life of the elderly patients with some single lung ventilation diseases.

麻醉技术的成熟和发展，要求麻醉实施人员，也就是麻醉师对麻醉药物的原理、麻醉剂量、麻醉恢复这3个部分麻醉实施的步骤中的细节都要有全面科学的了解，任何一项麻醉的实施，都要有科学理论依据的支持。但除此之外，患者在接受麻醉后的临床表现也是麻醉实施方案合理性和有效性的检验方法。

1 单肺通气的原理和作用

1.1 原理

单肺通气顾名思义，就是在胸腔手术实施的过程中，为了避免器官间交叉感染和两肺叶之间的作用影响而实施的一种医疗技术，具体的操作方法是，将用于呼吸的导管放入人体的支气管中，而且只深入到单侧肺部进行气体交换的辅助呼吸方法，当然，這里所指的单侧肺叶，一定要是健康一侧的肺叶。

1.2 作用

对于肺部疾病的患者来说，单肺通气的方式可以避免病变一侧的肺叶在与健康肺叶协同工作时通过肺部的气体交换将致病因子传播至健康肺叶中，引起其一同发生病变，对患者的健康和生命造成严重的威胁。……
