摘要： 作者诣在通过对相关案例和走访一些有室内景观设计的餐饮空间进行调研，分析如何将自然景观元素融入到餐饮的室内环境设计中，本案通过三种不同类型餐饮空间的分析，并阐述如何把自然景观元素与餐饮空间相结合通过不同的设计表现出来，而且根据一些目前仅有的设计情况的缺陷来看，如何把自然景观元素在餐饮空间中得到更好的创新也是我们所重点阐述的。

Abstract： Through the investigation of some cases and visits to some catering spaces with interior landscape design， the author analyzes how to integrate the elements of natural landscape into the design of the indoor environment of catering. Through the analysis of three different types of dining space， the author expounds how to show the combination of the elements of the natural landscape with the dining space through different designs， and based on some of the shortcomings of the current design situation， it is also important for us to focus on how natural landscape elements can be better innovated in the dining space.

1 研究目的

在远古时代，人类就是在大自然的怀抱下生活与成长的，只是现如今，高楼大厦鳞次栉比，人们逐渐的适应了城市高楼林立的快节奏化生活，无法在地价高昂的城市中去还原一片景观绿地，但人们对自然的向往与追求到此刻也并没有停止。人们的物质生活条件在不断提高，对人居的环境要求也越来越高，餐饮服务行业是人们日常生活中必不可缺的，餐饮空间自然也是人们需求和活动的重要场所，人们在追求物质生活的同时又十分注重精神层次的消费，在生活与劳累工作的压力下，希望坐下来吃饭的时候可以感受到心中的那份宁静与自然。那么，我们不仅要在餐饮空间中打造“亲近自然、回归自然”的生态主题理念，还要把自然景观与餐饮空间环境相结合设计并让其以创新的方式发展下去，与此同时，室外景观室内化，有利于调节室内微气候，在美化环境的同时又可以起到低碳、生态、环保、经济的作用。……
