摘要： 针对航材管理专业器材课程教学内容与实际岗位需求不符的问题，提出以器材本身属性或保障特性的不同作为分类依据，研究确定器材基础知识、器材筹措特点与要求、器材供应特点与要求、器材保管特点与要求四部分内容的器材类别，以器材的认识和器材的保障为主线，重构器材课程的教学内容体系，编写课程标准与课程设计，为提高教学效果奠定良好的基础。

Abstract： According to the problem that the teaching content of spare parts course of aircraft spare parts management major is inconsistent with the actual post demand， this paper puts forward to use the spare parts attributes itself or support characteristics of different spare parts as the basis of classification， determines the spare parts classification in the four parts including the basic knowledge， spare parts raise characteristics and requirements， spare parts supply characteristics and requirements， spare parts storage characteristics and requirements， takes the knowledge for spare parts and the safeguard for spare parts as the main line， reconstructs spare parts course teaching content system， compiles curriculum standards and curriculum design， to lay a good foundation for improving teaching effect.

0 引言

航材管理专业器材课程包括生长干部层次航空器材课程、士官职业教育航空机械器材和航空机载设备器材课程，前者需要培养学员的器材保障能力、分析解决器材供管问题能力、自学改装的初步能力，后者需要培养学员器材的识别能力、收发能力、保管能力，及其能力培养所需的知识目标。但是，器材课程的教学内容与岗位需求不太一致，一是岗位任职能力培养所需的内容不全，二是教学内容体系与部队不同岗位不同业务的实际需求不一致。任职教育是培养新型航材管理人员最具体、最直接、最关键的环节，必须将习主席“能打仗、打胜仗”要求贯彻到教学改革中，以强烈的使命意識推进器材课程的实战化教学内容改革，实现教学内容与部队实际需要的有效对接[1-3]。本文主要通过实战化教学方法来研究航材管理专业器材课程教学内容改革的思路和方法，以解决长期以来器材课程教学内容存在的问题，为进一步创新教学模式、改善教学效果奠定良好的基础。……
