【摘 要】期刊阅览室是高校图书馆的重要组成部分，它可以为学生提供更为丰富的信息与知识。然而，目前高校期刊阅览室管理中还存在着一些问题，这就需要加强对高校图书馆期刊阅览管理的研究。鉴于此，论文首先简单介绍了高校期刊阅览室的特点和重要性，并分析了新形势下高校期刊阅览管理存在的问题，最后提出了新形势下高校图书馆期刊阅览管理措施，希望对相关人员有所帮助。

【Abstract】 Periodical reading room is an important part of university library. It can provide more abundant information and knowledge for students. However， there are still some problems in the management of periodical reading rooms in colleges and universities， which need to strengthen the study of periodical reading management in university libraries. In view of this， this article briefly introduces the characteristics and importance of the periodical reading room， and analyzed the problems existing in periodicals reading management of university under the new situation， and finally puts forward the measures for library periodical reading management in university under the new situation， hoping to help the relevant personnel.

1 引言

图书馆是人们获取知识的重要场所，而期刊阅览室作为高校图书馆的重要组成部分，具有诸多优势，如出版周期短、信息传递速度快、知识面广等，期刊阅览室的出现为学生查阅资料与学习提供了诸多便利。然而，目前期刊阅览室中还存在着服务人员素质不高，图书乱架、错架以及偷窃、损毁行为等问题，这些问题的存在不仅会对图书馆馆员的工作带来一定的影响，同时还会影响到广大读者对图书的利用。所以，高校图书馆应加大图书馆期刊阅览管理，提升馆员的服务意识，以便更好地为广大读者服务。

2 高校期刊阅览室的特点和重要性

首先，高校期刊阅览室具有较大的信息量。通常来说，期刊为连续出版物，所载文章篇幅不大，但是却包含很大的信息量。由于期刊连续出版，通常周期不会太长，大多数为周刊与月刊，所以其为人们提供的信息更新速度非常快，以便让读者能够及时掌握相关领域最新的消息。……
