【摘 要】论文将高校教师专业发展评价标准作为研究对象，从评价标准对教师专业发展的影响进行分析研究，进而对高校教师专业发展的评价标准提出了相应的规定。此研究的主要目的是为了促进教师的专业发展，进而为我国高校教师的专业性提供新的发展方向，促进我国高校教育事业的不断进步。

【Abstract】This paper takes the evaluation standard of professional development of university teachers as the research object， analyzes the influence of the evaluation standard on the professional development of teachers， and then puts forward the corresponding regulations on the evaluation standard of professional development of university teachers. The main purpose of this paper is to promote the professional development of teachers， and then provide a new direction for the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities， and promote the continuous progress of the cause of education in colleges and universities in China.

1 引言

我国在教师专业能力的评价标准上作了诸多工作，但是，诸如此类的标准大多都只对高校教师的教学工作现状进行评价，各大高校的教师专业发展评价标准不统一，评价结果通过教师的绩效来体现，这种评价标准给教师造成了一定压力，而高校教师又承担着为社会培养高素质人才的重担，这就要求高校教师必须拥有较高的专业素质。因此，为了促进高校教师专业发展，就要建立完善的教师专业发展的评价标准，对高校教师乃至教学的发展具有重要的影响。

2 评价标准对教师专业发展的影响

2.1不利于提高教师的教学积极性

目前的高校对于教师专业发展的评价标准主要是教师教学目标的完成程度，这就导致高校在进行教师专业发展评价时无法依靠科学的评价标准完成评价，对于教师在教学活动中的贡献无法做出公平理性的评价，进而使教师的教学积极性得不到提高。在这种评价标准中，教师的专业性受到限制，其体现的主要是评价者对于教师专业发展的评价标准而不是教师本身的评价标准，忽略了教师在自身专业发展中对于本身评价标准的重要性，不利于教师在教学活动中的积极性的提升。……
