摘 要 用友ERP-U8软件目前已经成为高等会计院校会计电算化教学的实践应用平台，但由于其在操作过程中的复杂性，学生在进行操作的过程中常常会遇到一些问题，导致无法继续操作，此时就需要学生掌握常見问题的处理方法。本文针对在教学过程中学生普遍出现的问题进行分析，并总结出相应的解决办法，希望借此可以帮助学生更好地掌握用友ERP-U8软件，最终实现理论知识与实践知识的结合与过渡。

Abstract UFERP-U8 software has now become a higher accounting teaching practical application platform， but because of its complexity in the operation process， students often encounter some problems in the operation， resulting in cannot continue The operation， at this moment needs the student to handle the common problem processing method. This paper analyzes the problems that students generally appear in the process of teaching and summarizes the corresponding solutions， hoping to help students better grasp the UF ERP-U8 software， the ultimate realization of the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge and transition.

会计电算化作为会计学专业的一门必修课，是学生在掌握会计学原理的基础上开设，其主要的目的就是希望借此将会计理论知识与会计实践能力进行结合。用友ERP-U8软件在操作的过程简单，并具有较强的理论性，成为高校会计电算化这门专业课的技术支持平台。但是学生在通过该平台学习的过程中，往往不能清楚理解各个操作流程，或者是在操作的过程中由于某个环节出现问题，而导致的后续一系列的操作失败。如何能够在出现问题时，及时进行改正，不仅可以更好地帮助教师完成教学工作，同时也可以规避学生操作中的错误。
