摘 要： 高水平师资队伍的建设是一所学校综合实力及品质的主要标志，而基于数据挖掘的决策支持系统为管理者提供信息分析和决策方案，减轻管理者从事低层次信息处理、分析的负担，提高决策质量和效率。通过对高职院校师资队伍管理现状的分析，结合决策支持系统的特点和功能，提出构建高校师资管理系统的方法，重点完成高职院校对师资队伍建设的预测管理研究，制定相应的师资队伍建设计划。

system based on data mining

Abstract： The construction of high-skilled teaching staff is a major symbol of the comprehensive strength and quality of a school， and the decision support system based on data mining provides information analysis and decision-making plan for managers， alleviates their burden of low-level information processing and analysis， thus enhancing the quality and efficiency of decision making. This paper analyzes the present management of vocational college teaching staff and proposes the method to construct the college teaching staff management system in combination with the characteristics and functions of the decision support system. It focuses on the research of prediction management of vocational colleges on the construction of teaching staff， and makes corresponding plans to construct teaching staff.

0 引言

高校是高素质、高水平人才相对集中的场所，做好高校师资队伍中长期发展的规划，利用有限的人力资源培养出高水平的人才，从而满足高校快速发展对人才的需求。大部分高职院校师资管理信息系统仅实现了管理信息系统最基本、最初步、最简单的功能，而人事管理部门迫切需要具有科学预测、智能分析、决策支持功能的师资管理系统。

1 高职院校师资队伍现状分析

高校自1999年扩招以来，办学规模急剧扩大，招生人数迅速增长，高等教育改革和发展进入一个快速发展的新时期。高校的扩招在一定程度上满足了广大学生接受高等教育的需求，给社会增加了高等教育学历和紧缺专业人才的供给，顺应了社会和经济的发展。但高校的师资队伍建设并没有得到与此相适应的同步发展，还存在诸多问题[1]。

1.1 高校师资总量不足[2]

⑴ 招生数量及在校生人数增长
