摘 要： 管理信息系统课程的特点及应用型人才培养的目标，决定了在课程中进行案例教学的必要性。文章针对管理信息系统课程教学中存在问题和不足，提出管理信息系统课程教学案例构建的核心理念，设计了符合地方本科院校教学实际的教学案例，并给出了案例教学的基本环节和步骤。

Construction and design of teaching case of management information system course

Abstract： The characteristics of the management information system course and the goal of training applied talents decide the necessity to carry out case teaching in the course. Aiming at the problems and shortages of the management information system course teaching， this article puts forward the idea of constructing teaching case of management information system course， designs the teaching cases that meet the actual teaching of local undergraduate universities， and gives the basic link and steps of case teaching.

0 引言

管理信息系统（Management Information System，MIS）课程是一门综合了管理科学、信息科学、系统科学、行为科学、计算机科学和通讯技术的多门学科的概念和方法的具有边缘性、综合性、交叉学科性质的课程，是管理专业的专业基础课，也是工商管理类专业和管理科学与工程类专业的专业核心课程[1]。

管理信息系统课程对实践性要求很高，它既涉及管理科学，也涉及技术科学[2]，其大量的基本概念、方法和理论必须与实际相联系才能深刻理解。这决定了在管理信息系统课程中采用案例教学的必要性。因此，构建和设计与学校培养定位相匹配、与课程教学内容相配套的教学案例既是地方院校培养应用型人才的现实要求，也是培养信息管理人才应用能力与实践能力的必要手段。

1 管理信息系统课程教学的现状及不足

⑴ 课程内容庞杂、枯燥与实际脱结，不利于激发学生学习兴趣

管理信息系统课程，由于涉及多学科，教师既要讲授管理信息系统的概念、原理、方法及系统规划、分析、设计、实施与维护、项目管理等内容，还要讲解数据处理、程序设计方法、计算机网络、系统集成，辅助决策等相关技术（如图1所示）。……
