摘 要 政府鼓励在校大学生进行创新创业，并且不断出台优惠政策，以创业增加工作岗位来带动就业。在这样的社会条件下，越来越多的毕业生开始将目光转移到创业上。“自媒体”是这个时代最受关注的热点，很多大学生依靠互联网实现自己的创业理想。但每个行业都有自己的优劣，大学生创新创业道路依旧艰辛。本文基于笔者运营“专注上海实习”微信公众号的创业实践，分析当前大学生在自媒体时代下创新创业中存在的机遇与挑战，并提出切实有效的对策和建议。

Opportunities and Challenges of College Students'

Innovation and Entrepreneurship in We-media Age

——Taking the public platform of operational practice as an example

Abstract The government encourages college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship， and constantly introduces preferential policies to increase employment by starting businesses to drive employment. Under such social conditions， more and more graduates are beginning to turn their attention to entrepreneurship. "We-media" is the hot spot of concern in this era. Many college students rely on the Internet to realize their entrepreneurial ideals. However， each industry has its own advantages and disadvantages， and the road to innovation and entrepreneurship of college students is still difficult. Based on the author's entrepreneurial practice of "focusing on Shanghai internship" WeChat public account， this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in the era of media， and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.

2018年全国高校毕业生预计上升至820万人，再创近10年毕业生人数新高值。95后个性鲜明，对未来的选择也有更多想法，传统的创新创业方式已难以满足当前大学生的需要。另一方面，十八届五中全会在“十三五规划”中明确提出了“互联网+”计划，大力推进互联网在社会生活上的应用发展。微信公众平台因其特有的受众性广、针对性高、时效性强的特点，大学生可通过建设微信公众平台作为创业的起点。

1 自媒体时代大学生创新创业存在的机遇

自媒体时代下，微信公众平台作为微信的一个内置功能，于2012年8月正式上线，目前平均使用用户达到9亿人，大学生作为时代的弄潮儿更是几乎人人都在使用微信这一方便快捷的通讯软件，大学生以运营公众平台来进行创新创业存在自媒体时代特有的优势。……
