摘 要 高校毕业生的就业工作是民生大计，是建设创新型国家的保障，大学生职业发展与就业指导课程对指导大学生顺利择业就业、引导学生树立正确的择业观、科学规划职业生涯起着重要的作用，本文从社会价值、高校价值与个人价值三个维度对大学生职业发展与就业指导课程体系进行价值分析，寻找大学就业指导课程现状和目标的差距，针对性地提出完善高校大学生职业发展与就业指导课程体系的对策。

Abstract The employment of college graduates is the people's livelihood， is the guarantee of building an innovative country， college students' career development and employment guidance course for turned out to guide college students to employment， guide the student to set up the correct choosing profession idea， scientific planning， career plays an important role， this article from the social value， the value and individual value three dimensions of college students' career development and employment guidance curriculum value analysis， look for the university employment guidance curriculum present situation and the goal gap， puts forward to improve college students' career development and employment guidance curriculum system of countermeasures.

大学生就业指导课程体系的主要价值体现在社会、高校以及个人这三个层面，课程的社会价值表现为课程对社会需求的满足和对社会进步的贡献；对高校的价值表现在通过对大学生进行全过程指导，提高毕业生的综合素质，通过毕业生在社会上、单位里建功立业，形成联动效应，树立高校良好的口碑和形象，同时高校可根据用人市场反馈的用人信息对高校课程内容设置进行调整，创新课程内容和教学模式，更好地促进高校教学工作的开展。课程对人的价值在于通过就业课程的实践教育，让大学生在实践中提高个人的就业竞争力，加深对核心价值观的认知和认同感，引导大学生不断成长成才，使大学生成为合格的建设者和可靠接班人。
