摘 要 核心素养无疑是当前中国教育界的高频词汇与热点话题，而在核心素养中，学科核心素养又是教育教学工作发展的重中之重。新课程标准要求语文课程应培育学生热爱祖国语文的思想感情，指导学生正确理解运用祖国语文。语文素养的基本要素不仅包括语言知识、能力、智力，还包括思维、审美与文化的素养。本文重点分析语文学科核心素养的要素，并提出了语文核心素养的培养路径，为语文课堂教学提供参考。

Research on Chinese Core Literacy and Its Cultivation Path

Abstract The core literacy is undoubtedly the high-frequency vocabulary and hot topic in the current Chinese education circle. In the core literacy， the core literacy of the discipline is the top priority of the development of education and teaching. The new curriculum standards require that the Chinese curriculum should foster students' love for the motherland's language and guide students to correctly understand the use of the motherland's language. The basic elements of language literacy include not only linguistic knowledge， ability， intelligence， but also the literacy of thinking， aesthetics and culture. This paper focuses on the analysis of the core literacy elements of the Chinese language， and proposes the cultivation path of the core literacy of the language， which provides a reference for the language classroom teaching.

1 相關概念界定

1.1 核心素养

当前国际公认的最早对核心素养体系做出较为系统解释的是国际经济合作与发展组织（OECD）在1997年启动的 “素养的界定与遴选：理论和概念基础”项目（简称DeSeCo项目）。该项目确定了关于核心素养三个维度九项方面的素养。而受DeSeCo项目的启示与影响，许多国际组织和美、英、德、日、法、芬兰、新加坡等国家先后投入到有关核心素养框架的研究和建设之中。

除经合组织之外，联合国教科文组织提出的“五大学习支柱”对能力本位的人才观进行了反思，欧盟（EU）也为应对全球化等一系列挑战提出用“核心素养”取代传统以读写算为核心的基本能力战略，并对素养进行了深入的研究与探讨。我国公认的核心素养的概念是林崇德在《21世纪学生发展核心素养研究》中对核心素养的界定：核心素养是指学生应具备的、能够适应终身发展和社会发展的必备品格和关键能力。……
