【摘 要】随着时代的发展，传统的单一教师讲授的课堂教学模式不能有效地体现“以学生为中心”的教育理念，翻转课堂、研讨课等新的课堂教学模式随之被提出并广泛应用，基于新的课堂教学模式的教学改革也不断涌现。针对小学教学的实际，提出部分内容学生主讲的课堂教学模式，并从学生主讲任务划分、学生主讲课前准备、学生主讲课堂教学实施、学生主讲课堂教学评价四个方面进行阐述。部分内容学生主讲的课堂教学模式扩展了学生自主学习的范围，学生通过“先学”和“后教”，实现学生“学与教”的有机统一，同时对教师教学能力提出了更高的要求。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， the traditional classroom teaching mode taught by a single teacher cannot effectively reflect the “student-centered” educational concept. The new classroom teaching mode such as flipping classrooms and seminars has been proposed and widely applied. The teaching reform of the classroom teaching mode is also constantly emerging. Aiming at the reality of primary school teaching， this paper proposes the classroom teaching mode which some students take as a teacher role. The proposed mode is expounded from four aspects as follows： the students teaching task division， the students teaching preparation， the students classroom teaching implementation， and the students classroom teaching evaluation. The classroom teaching mode of some content taught by students expands the scope of students self-learning. Through the “learning first” and “post-teaching”， the students realize the organic unity of “learning and teaching”， and at the same time put forward higher requirements for teachers teaching ability.

0 引言

传统的课堂教学是以教师为中心，以教师课堂讲授为主要手段，往往形成教师单向灌输，学生被动接受知识的局面。在传统课堂教学模式中，作为认知主体的学生在整个教学过程中基本上处于被动接受知识的地位，学生学习的主动性没有被充分的调动起来，久而久之学生丧失了主动学习和主动思考的习惯，这与以学生为中心的教学理念相违背。因此，改革传统课堂教学模式，探索适应新课改要求的“以学生为中心”的课堂教学模式势在必行[1]。

近年来，翻转课堂、研讨课等课堂教学模式走进了人们的视野并得到了广泛应用。翻转课堂是通过教师课前就知识点创建微视频……
