摘 要：以我校三年制专科康复治疗技术专业学生为研究对象，施行运动疗法技术学实践教学模式的新改革，主要通过增加实践课程学时，实行“校院合作、工学交互”的人才培养模式，开展以“导师制”为核心的实训教学模式，制定统一实用的运动疗法技术学实训课程标准及评分标准指导实践教学活动，发展床旁教学，分组讨论，小教室授课等多种临床教学形式，运用病案式、参与式、互动式、PBL等多种教学方法，使学生顺利从实训、见习过渡到实习，由“模拟”到“实战”，可以极大提高国家康复治疗师考试的一次性通过率，毕业即能上岗工作，进而可弥补当前康复治疗技术人才需求缺口，切实为社会输出大量合格康复治疗技术人才。

Abstract：The students of rehabilitation treatment technology professional in our three-year junior level were treated as research object， a new model of practice teaching reform of technology of therapeutic exercises was implemented， mainly by the measures of increasing practice hours， taking the implementation of “cooperations between colleges and universitys， working and studying used alternately “ and to carry out the “tutor system” as the core of the training teaching model. We should develop unified and practical cinesiatrics training and evaluation standards to guide the practice of teaching activities. Besides that， we should also encourage the development of bedside teaching， group discussion， small-class teaching and other clinical teaching forms， in order to use multiple kinds of teaching methods like case analysis， attending teaching approach，interactive teaching and PDL. It maked the students smoothly transition from training and trainee to practice， from the “simulation” to “actual combat”. It could greatly improve one-time pass rete of national rehabilitation therapists examination. It could mount guard after graduation， in turn， could make up for the current rehabilitation treatment technology demand gap， earnestly to output a large number of qualified practicel talents in rehabilitatio treatment technology.

引言

随着医学科学技术的进步，许多身患重病、生命垂危的病人得到了及时的救治，保存了生命，延长了寿命，但往往伴有各种功能障碍，严重地危害着病人的身心健康，给病人本人带来痛苦，给家庭带来精神和经济上的压力，也给社会增添负担[1]；另一方面，随着人们物质生活水平的提高，肢体伤残病人和家属不再满足于仅仅是保住性命、稳定病情，更希望功能恢复或改善，生活能够自理，生活质量进一步提高，因此，康复意愿大大增加，对专业人员的技术水平也有了更高的要求。

我国现代康复医学作为一门独立学科于20世纪80年代起，得到了全面快速发展，但我国康复医学学科的建设和发展，还远没有达到和满足社会的需求[2]。……
