摘要：从教育生态学的含义出发，分析教育生态学对高职教育的普适性，介绍五年制高职结构的现状和存在的问题，针对这些问题以教育生态学的视角从培养目标、课程设置、管理方式、师资等角度探讨如何优化五年制高职结构的对策。

Abstract： Based on the meaning of educational ecology， this paper analyzes the universality of educational ecology to the higher vocational education， introduces the present situation and existing problems of the structure of five-year higher vocational education， and discusses the countermeasures to optimize the structure of five-year higher vocational education from the perspective of training objectives， curriculum setting， management way， teachers team on the basis of educational ecology.

0 引言

“十八大”明确提出了要加快发展现代职业教育，职业教育已引起越来越广泛的关注，尤其是中等职业教育和高等职业教育的有效衔接和结构的优化更是成为高职院校亟待解决的问题。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》、《教育部关于推进中等和高等职业教育协调发展的指导意见》（教职成[2011]9号）等政策文件中提到中高职在人才培养目标、课程、教学条件等方面要加强衔接，系统设计课程、制定课程标准等内容。因此，应用科学的教育生态学理念，立足当下职业教育的实际，探讨五年制高职结构的优化策略，使职业教育成功走向可持续发展的道路变得尤为迫切。

1 教育生态学的含义及对高职教育的普适性。

生态学（eeology）一词源于希腊语Oekolog，是研究生物与其环境相互关系的科学。1976年，美国教育家克雷明（L.A.Cremin）首先提出“教育生态学”（eeolo of edueation）概念，为教育科学研究打开了新的视角。它是依据生态学的原理，特别是生态系统、生态平衡等原理与机制，研究各种教育现象及其成因，进而掌握教育发展规律，揭示教育的发展趋势和方向的一门学科。……
