摘 要 图书馆资源管理优化配置是我国高校现代化建设的重要组成部分。目前，我国高校的图书馆管理与优化方面还存在一些问题，比如责任主体对于图书馆管理的意识淡薄、图书馆的管理体制机制不健全、从业人员素质整体偏低、图书馆的图书结构不合理等一系列问题。本文通过对现阶段我国图书馆的资源管理与优化问题的现状进行分析，找出问题症结，并分析产生这些问题的原因，同时对于高校图书馆资源管理的优化配置的作用进行逐一分析，最后提出，优化图书馆的图书管理结构，加强图书馆从业人员的素质建设，改善管理制度和整合优化检索平台的对策建议，从而不断提高高校图书馆的利用效率和管理水平，实现高校的全面快速发展。

Abstract The optimal allocation of library resource management is an important part of the modernization construction of universities in china. At present， there are still some problems in library management and optimization of China's colleges and universities， such as the main responsibility for the structure of library management consciousness， library management system and mechanism is not perfect， the quality of employees is low on the whole library， a series of problems such as unreasonable. The status of resource management and optimization problems in the current stage of China's library to carry on the analysis， find out the crux of the problem， and analyze the reasons of these problems， and to optimize the allocation of resources management in university library function to analyze the library management structure optimization library， strengthen the quality construction of librarians improve the management countermeasures， retrieval platform optimization and integration of the system， so as to improve the efficiency and management level of comprehensive utilization of university library， to achieve rapid development of colleges and universities.

1 現阶段我国图书馆资源配置存在的问题

1.1 主体责任落实不力，管理意识淡薄

目前有部分学校对于高校图书馆资源配置管理意识淡薄，缺乏应有的正确认识，一些图书馆的管理者（主体责任方）没有认识到资源配置与图书馆优化管理的重要意义，他们甚至认为提高图书馆的管理工作是无关紧要的，分析其原因是他们对于图书馆的管理缺乏必要学习和了解，从而产生了对于该项工作的淡薄认识。高校图书馆管理作为高校内部管理的内容之一，也是高校的相关历史信息的重要载体和高校工作成果的综合反映。……
