摘 要 目的：探讨幼儿教师复原力的现状及对策。方法：采用复原力量表对77名幼儿教师进行调查。结果：幼儿教师复原力处于中等以上的水平，总体水平较好，家人支持最好、情绪稳定性排在最后面。幼师的复原力水平低于中年女性、专业护士，和师范生总体情况相近，略好于小学教师。各部门应提高幼儿教师工资待遇和工作环境、完善社会支持系统，以帮助幼儿教师提升心理复原力水平。

Comprehensive study on the risk of psychological disease and

resilience of Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract Objective：To explore the status of the resiliency of preschool teacher. Methods：By resiliency scale， a sample of 77 preschool teachers were tested. Results： The resilience of preschool teachers is above average， and the overall level is better. Their family support is the best， and emotional stability is at the back. The resilience level of kindergarten teachers is lower than that of middle-aged women and professional nurses， which is similar to that of normal students， and is slightly better than that of primary school teachers. All departments should improve the salary and work environment of preschool teachers and perfect social support system to help preschool teachers improve their resilience levels.

復原力指个体面对困境、威胁或其它重大压力情景下的良好适应过程，也就是个体在困难的情景下的反弹能力。因而，复原力又称为心理弹性。正因为有心理复原力的存在，人们才能不断迎接挫折的挑战，缓解自身压力，从心理困境中走出来。近年来幼儿园教师虐待儿童事件经常见诸于报端，引起了社会各界对幼儿教师心理健康状况的广泛关注。面对相似的工作压力环境，有的教师能很好地应对，保持较好的工作状态，而有的教师却很难解决，出现各种心理困扰。这其中很重要的原因就是不同个体之间心理复原力的差异，导致他们抵抗心理压力或不良事件能力不同。

1 研究对象、方法与工具

1.1 研究对象与方法

采取整体抽样法抽取某地区幼儿教师77人，均为女教师，其中未婚教师44人，已婚教师33人。调查要求大家根据自己的实际情况做出评定，同时收集被调查教师的资料有：教龄、年龄、个性情绪特质、职务、气质、婚姻状况、学历等。……
