摘 要 随着环境问题的日益突出，越来越多的企业选择使用在线监测设备来监测和上报排放数据，但由于行业发展还在摸索，制造工艺尚不成熟，在对在线监测设备的检定过程中出现一些仪器与规程不相匹配的情况。笔者对数年来检定工作中出现的常见问题及解决方案进行了总结，为相关检定人员提供参考。

On-line Monitoring Equipment

Abstract As environmental issues become increasingly prominent， more and more enterprises choose to use the online monitoring equipment for monitoring and reporting of emissions data， but due to the development of the industry is still groping， manufacturing technology is not mature， the emergence of some instruments and procedures do not match the situation in the verification process of on-line monitoring equipment. This paper summarizes the common problems and solutions in the verification work in the last few years， and provides reference for the relevant verification personnel.

当前，在我国经济的快速发展中，由于受到环境因素的影响，使经济步伐的发展脚步逐渐变得缓慢下来，随着国家和人民认识对环境问题认识程度的提高，国家对环境问题监管越来越严，环境问题越来越受到企业的重视。监管只能通过数据说话，环境在线监测设备应运而生。在本地，使用环境在线监测设备的企业有百余家，主要设备有COD在线监测仪，氨氮在线监测仪和总磷在线监测仪，笔者从事该项检定工作三年多，对本地区数十家企业进行了检定，碰到了一些问题，有一些收获和感悟，现将环境在线监测设备检定中常见问题及解决方案总结如下。

1 仪器量程的确定

在JJG 1012-2006《化学需氧量（COD）在线自动监测仪》中标准溶液的浓度规定为50mg/L，150mg/L和500mg/L，与仪器的量程无关。在JJG 631-2013《氨氮自动监测仪》 JJG 1094-2013《总磷总氮水质在线分析仪》明确规定了标准溶液浓度的选择由仪器的量程决定，因而对于这两种仪器而言仪器的使用量程直接影响检定过程。在常规仪器的检定过程中，我们往往从仪器的铭牌上确定仪器的量程进而进行检定。……
