[摘要] 目的 探讨提高内科护理效果时采用细节护理的应用效果，并研究在临床的应用效果。方法 该院于2015年7月—2016年9月中，开展细节管理对该院所有护理人员进行管理，按照该院制定的护理管理标准，使该院所有护理人员参加规范化培训，从而提高护理人员的专业知识水平，保证护理人员具备良好的工作习惯和工作态度。保证内科患者能够得到良好的护理。对患者进行护理满意度调查，并记录护理不良事件的发生率，将开展细节管理前后进行比较。结果 内科护理单元中实施细节管理后，护理工作质量有明显提高，并且护理不良事件的发生率也明显减少，其差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），并且实施细节管理后患者的护理满意度也高于实施前。结论 采用细节管理能够有效提高护理工作质量，使护理人员养成良好的工作习惯，提高患者的护理满意度，值得在临床护理中推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of detail management in improving the nursing quality control level in the department of general internal medicine and research the clinical application effect. Methods All the nursing staff were managed in detail from July 2015 to September 2016， and the nursing staff took part in the standardized training according to the nursing management standards in our hospital thus improving the professional knowledge level of nursing staff and ensuring the nursing staff to be equipped with the good work habits and work attitudes， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were recorded and compared before and after the development of detail management. Results After the implementation of detail management， the nursing work quality was obviously improved， and the incidence rate of nursing adverse reaction obviously decreased， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）， and the nursing satisfactory degree after the implementation of detail management was higher than that before the implementation. Conclusion The detail management can effectively improve the nursing work quality， make the nursing staff develop a good work habit and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients， which is worth promotion and application in clinical nursing.

近年來，随着科技的发展和医疗技术的进步，护理工作质量也获得了一定的进步。护理工作人员慢慢对细节护理工作引起重视，开始学习并将细节护理方式应用到实际工作中[1]。在这项护理工作的服务体系下，其中心理论就是注重护理工作中的各个细节。而细节护理的一项工作难点大多数缺乏经验的护理人员都难以对所有的细节进行把控，在工作中容易出现疏漏的现象。因此对于护理人员来说，在工作中严格按照规章制度执行护理工作，是提高护理质量的基础[2]。该次研究中对该院内科护理人员进行细节管理，旨在提高护理效果，改善护理人员的工作能力，取得了一定效果，现报道如下。……
