摘要： 我国建筑行业发展迅速，规模不断拓展，数量逐年增加。随着建筑行业的发展，能源的消耗量也显著增加，我国现阶段仍然处于能源紧缺的状态，如何进行能源的合理利用对于保证我国建筑行业具有积极的意义。但是在进行建筑设计的过程中，无法实现准确的能源消耗分析，所以也就无法实现对能源的合理管控。将BIM技术应用于我国的建筑设计中，可以极大地改善能源利用状况，实现了对能源的合理利用。满足我国现阶段对能源节约的要求。本文就基于BIM技术的建筑节能设计进行了详细的探讨。

Abstract： China's construction industry has developed rapidly， the scale continues to expand， and the number has increased year by year. With the development of the construction industry， the consumption of energy has also increased significantly. At present， China is still in a state of energy shortage， and how to make rational use of energy is of positive significance for the construction industry in China. However， in the process of building design， the accurate analysis of energy consumption can not be realized， so it is impossible to achieve a reasonable control of energy. The application of BIM technology in the architectural design of China can greatly improve the utilization of energy and realize the rational utilization of energy，so as to meet the needs of energy conservation in China at the present stage. This paper discusses the building energy efficiency design based on BIM technology in detail.

1 现阶段BIM建筑节能设计状况

现阶段，我国在建筑节能设计工作中，仍然存在着较大的不足，不能实现环境以及资源的合理利用，或者利用效率较低，充分程度不足。导致了资源和能源的极大浪费。我国现阶段的能源仍然处于一个相对匮乏的状况，所以，必須做好能源的合理利用。很多能源设计方案往往不能满足设计标准的要求，或者与实际状况不相符，无法满足能源节约目标，设计人员需要应用先进化的设计方法，学习高效率的建筑节能设计技术，将其应用于我国的能源优化工作当中，对建筑物进行合理、全面的节能评价，然后再采取有效的节能手段进行处理。现阶段建筑设计的侧重点是美观性以及功能性，但是却没有注重到节能方面的功能性要求。……
