摘要：新课程教育改革对初中化学提出了较高的要求，教师在实际开展教育教学的过程中，就应该着重关注初中化学教学的策略。教师应该对自身的教学观念进行升级和更新，为学生提供完善的教学空间下，让学生更好地进行学习。同时，教师还应该积极从实际出发，关注学生的身心发展规律，为学生提供完善的课堂环境，让学生在实际学习的过程中真正地感受到初中化学的魅力和价值。

Abstract： the new education reform has put forward high requirements for junior middle school chemistry， and teachers should pay more attention to the strategies of junior middle school chemistry teaching in the process of education teaching. Teachers should upgrade and renew their own teaching concepts， so as to provide students with a better teaching space for better learning. At the same time， the teacher should also actively from set out actually， pay attention to student's body and mind law of development， improve the classroom environment for the students to enable students to learn in the actual process truly feel the charm of the junior high school chemistry and value.

前言：

在初中教育教学的过程中，化学是一门十分重要的内容。教师在实际开展教育教学的过程中，就应该整合教育思想，从实际教学状况出发，为学生制定出完善的教学策略。教师自身要更新教学观念，从学生的学习兴趣着手，为学生构建高效的教学课堂。相信在教师的努力下，初中化学的教学效率和质量一定会随之提升。

1 初中化学教学中存在的不足

1.1 教师教学观念跟不上时代的步伐

教师在进行初中化学教育教学的过程中，经常会严重受到应试教育思想的影响。在忽视学生主体地位的情况下，就导致学生对初中化学知识的学习失去了信心。同时，教师还过分关注自身的地位，严重影响了学生学习的积极性和主动性。在这样的背景下，学生学习的价值和地位并不会得到充分的展现，就抑制了学生的思维发展。最终跟不上时代的发展步伐，就导致初中化学教学落后，影响教学的质量。……
