【摘 要】随着当前我国综合国力的不断增强，在现代化管理体制下，企业管理模式呈现出了新的变化趋势。主要为经营目标从盈利为中心转为重视社会责任，企业价值观重视以人为本，经营战略以及运营模式重视开放整合，实行精益化经营模式，信息化、智能化的发展模式以及变革、创新的企业管理机制。论文笔者基于此主要来分析探究了当前阶段企业管理现代化的六大趋势。

【Abstract】With the continuous enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength， the enterprise management mode has shown a new trend of change under the modern management system. The changes are transforming the business objectives from the profit to social responsibility， paying attention on the corporate values of people-oriented， focusing on the open integration for business strategy and operation mode， implementation of lean management mode， information and intelligent model of development and reform， innovation of enterprise management mechanism. Based on this， the author mainly analyzes and probes into the six trends of modern enterprise management at present stage.

1 引言

随着当前现代化社会的不断发展与完善，全球化、科技革命以及利益主体之间的博弈等频率愈来愈高。企业在进行管理的过程中也呈现出了一定的变化趋势，要想实现企业的可持续发展，就需要重视管理机制的深化与创新。

2 企业经营目标发生一定的变化

2.1 重视社会责任

当前我国企业的核心价值观已经发生了一定的转变，企业在管理的过程中重视社会责任，提升客户价值以及员工的利益逐渐成为当前企业可持续发展的重要模式。同时在企业管理的过程中还应当重视对环境的贡献以及对环境的保护。企业在进行管理的过程中应当重视将传统的利益为目标转变为重视社会责任，关注环境管理的重要性。

2.2 保证社会责任的可持续发展战略

企业在真正地落实社会责任的过程中，应当成立相应的机构以及组织，通过组织结构的作用来实现企业的可持续发展，同时实现企业的社会责任承担。……
