【摘 要】在我国社会经济快速发展的背景下，社会也更加注重环境问题。当前，我国的社会经济发展直接和环境问题相关。因此，论文主要对环境影响评价中的清洁生产进行研究分析，并对清洁生产对于环境影响的重要作用以及发展现状进行了简要阐述。基于清洁生产所建立起的对应的環境评价技术指标，能够对其实际的清洁生产水平进行评价，使其能够在环境影响评价中产生新的对策。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the rapid development of social economy in China， the social has paid more attention to the environmental problems. At present， China's social and economic development is directly related to environmental problems. Therefore， this paper mainly studies cleaner production in environmental impact assessment， and expounds the important role and development status of cleaner production for environmental impact. Based on cleaner production， the corresponding environmental evaluation technical indicators can be used to evaluate the actual level of cleaner production， so that it can produce new countermeasures in environmental impact assessment.

1 清洁生产在环境影响评价中的应用现状

当前，我国的环境影响评价中，已经开始广泛的应用清洁生产的理念和方法，但是在其使用的过程中却出现了很多的问题，对环保工作的顺利开展产生了较大的影响。首先，由于目前没有制定出一定的量化考核标准以及考核规范，环保评价部门则主要依据我国现有的环境影响评价技术导则，对环境影响进行评价，总的来说，就是当前还没有系统完善的清洁生产量化考核评价体系。这种背景下，就不能够对清洁生产的全过程进行有效的评价。其次则表现为，现在所使用的清洁生产的评价指标没有良好的可行性，导致在实际的工作中，环境影响评价分析不能有效地进行[1]。此外，即使已经对于清洁生产的理论以及重要性的论述有了一定的基础，但对于清洁生产所需要的具体的考核指标还不能够从原料预备和清洁生产的流程以及清洁能源的确定，甚至清洁产品的推广上得到全方位的有效量化。……
