【摘 要】对采油厂的日常生产运行管理是保障采油厂稳定运转的主要途径，因而对采油厂生产运行管理模式的创新，具有非常重要的现实意义。论文基于采油厂的实际生产活动，分析了近年来我国采油厂在生产运行管理模式方面存在的问题，探讨了当前采油厂生产运行管理模式的创新途径，提出了解决采油厂当前在生产运行管理模式中主要矛盾的主要方法。

【Abstract】The daily production and operation management of oil production plant is the main way to ensure the stable operation of oil production plant. Therefore， it is of great practical significance to innovate the production and operation management model of oil production plant. Based on the actual production activities of oil production plant， paper analyzes the problems in the production operation management of recent years China's oil production plantin， discusses the innovation way of current oil production plant production and operation management mode， puts forward the main method to solve the contradiction of current mode of operation and management in oil production plant.

1 引言

采油廠的生产运行管理模式主要指的是采油厂在日常生产过程中，对生产行为进行组织，并且完成采油厂日常具体的工作事项等。其中，采油厂的日常生产运行管理主要是由采油厂的生产科来具体负责。采油厂的生产科是采油厂的生产指挥枢纽，主要负责的工作是对采油厂整体生产工作平稳运行的保障工作，包括采油厂内部设备的管理和维护，保障采油厂内部原油的输送过程，维持采油厂水电、通讯的畅通，对自然灾害的防治（例如夏季防汛防洪，冬季防冻保温等），采油厂内部与外界单位的协调和沟通等，对采油厂日常生产信息的收集以及确保采油厂正常运转，是采油厂最重要的组成部分。

2 采油厂生产运行管理的基本现状

2.1 油田产建区地理环境恶劣

采油厂通常都建立在远离市区的环境中，自然条件非常差，地理环境都非常恶劣，并且通常情况下都无法覆盖通信网络等，基础设施十分落后。……
