摘 要：发挥企业在技术创新中的主体地位是落实创新驱动发展战略和建设创新型国家的迫切要求，是技术创新领域的重要研究议题。现有研究虽然对企业在技术创新中的主体地位进行了定义，但存在定义不一致的问题。因此，文中在整合以往文献的基础上，首先，对企业在技术创新中的主体地位的内涵重新界定；其次，完善企业在技术创新中的主体地位及其维度的确定。通过对以往的研究进行整合与补充，文中进一步明确了以企业为技术创新主体的相关理论研究工作。关键词：企业在技术创新中的主体地位；内涵；维度中图分类号：F 273.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672-7312（2017）06-0568-05

A Study on the Connotation and Dimensions of the Core

Position of Enterprise Technology Innovation

Abstract：The core position in enterprise technology innovation is essential to implement innovation-oriented development strategy and construct an innovative country.It is also an important research in the fields of technology innovation.Although the core position of enterprise technology innovation has already been defined in the existing research，however，the current research did not reach a consensus on how to define the core position of enterprise technology innovation.By integrating the existing literature，this paper redefines the connotation of the core position of enterprise technology innovation and clarifies the dimensions of the core position of enterprise technology innovation.By integrating and supplementing the existing research，this study would contribute to the relevant theoretical research on the core position of enterprise technology innovation.

0 引 言

發挥企业在技术创新中的主体作用是实现科技和经济有机结合的关键途径，是提升国家自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的核心力量[1-2]。1995年，中共中央、国务院《关于加速科学技术进步的决定》中首次提出“促进企业逐步成为技术开发的主体”，随之国家相继出台一系列的政策举措不断强化企业在技术创新中的主体地位，企业技术创新主体地位已成为理论界和实务界共同关注的热点问题。企业成为技术创新主体是社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求[3]，其本质是实现市场对创新资源的配置作用[4]。自2006年以来，我国企业技术创新能力不断增强，企业在创新投入、活动和产出等方面有了很大的提高，据此，一些学者认为企业在技术创新中的主体地位已经基本确立[5-6]。……
