摘 要：针对当前社会创新创造动力不足、创新意识分散、创造性思维短缺、创新结果质量欠佳等问题，通过对高等教育创新现状的分析提出单边型创新发展模式对其进行解读，并结合中国统计年鉴2016年国民经济和社会发展比例和效益指标，运用CartoDB可视化模拟软件对统计状况进行可视化模拟，据此提出在内生性和外生性因子影响下“精准创新”发展模式，并对其路径结构、科学内涵、价值导向、价值解构、社会效能进行分析，用于初步探究和分析的该模式下的社会创新机制。

Abstract：In view of the current social problems，lack of motivation and innovation to create innovative consciousness，creative thinking，innovation and shortage of the dispersion result is not high quality，through analysis of the current situation of higher education innovation of one-sided development model innovation，carry on the analysis，combined with the Chinese statistical yearbook 2016 national economic and social development and the proportion of performance index，using CartoDB visualization simulation on the condition of statistical simulation software，puts forward the endogenous and exogenous factors under the influence of “precision innovation” mode of development，and the path structure，scientific connotation，value orientation，value deconstruction，social efficiency analysis for the preliminary exploration and analysis of social innovation mechanism in this mode.

0 引 言創新创业是国家、社会、个人创新创造之基，民族振兴发展之魂，党的十八大以来，科技创新以摆在国家发展全局的优先位置，要坚持走中国特色自主创新道路，坚持大众创业、万众创新的“双创”新模式，要在“双创”中引入供给侧结构性改革的理念，结合精准要素，坚持创新驱动发展[1]。当前，我国创新能力相比以往有一定程度的提高，但在社会总体创新创业的热情和动力方面还存在不足，在多个领域缺乏具有自主知识产权的核心技术，同时也难以满足社会经济增长需求和经济产业结构调整的需求。因此，正确认识我国创新环境存在的问题并寻求优化创新环境的对策，不仅对提升创新能力有极其重要的作用，而且对转变经济增长方式、调整升级产业结构具有非常重要的意义。……
