摘要：与我国武术散打同为民族传统体育代表的韩国跆拳道，以跆拳道振兴为宗旨的政策和资金扶持、国际化与本土化并行发展、示范文化的宣传影响力以及计划性的人才培养等方面为我国武术散打的发展提供了有益参考。中国武术散打发展可适当借鉴韩国跆拳道发展经验，推行政府主导的振兴计划，竞技散打与大众散打并行发展，国际与本土多维化传播，多元措施完善人才培养体系，以推进我国武术散打的快速发展。

Abstract：Just as Korea taekwondo， Chinese Wushu sanda is also the representative of traditional national sport.The development modes of Korea taekwondo， such as policy and financial support for the revitalization of taekwondo， internationalization and localization parallel development， outreach program of taekwondo demonstration culture and planned personnel training provide useful reference for the development of Chinese Wushu sanda. By drawing the development experience of Korean taekwondo， we may implement government-led revitalization plan， promote the parallel development of Wushu sanda and popular sanda， spread the Wushu sanda at home and abroad， adopt multiple measures to improve the training system in order to promote the rapid development of Chinese Wushu sanda.

跆拳道在入奥成功及大众跆拳道国际化推广成功的双重背景下，可谓已达巅峰之势，然而“水满则溢，月盈则亏”，韩国亦深明此理。为保持跆拳道强势的发展势头、巩固现有地位，韩国政府制定并实施了包含推进跆拳道各项事业发展的跆拳道振兴计划，其中包括《跆拳道振兴与跆拳道公园建设法案》、综合资金支援、国际化深入推广等各项措施，以促进跆拳道各项事业的均衡发展为宗旨，并依托强有力的总统令，确保跆拳道振兴计划的“畅通无阻”。

武术散打根植于我国优秀民族传统体育，以武术的技击方法为技术基础，以武术的技击理论为项目支点，用不同于武术套路的人体格斗对抗形式来反映武术技击的核心内容[1]，从1979年发展至今，已成为青奥会、东亚运动会、亚运会、世界锦标赛、全运会的正式比赛项目，加之国内“一日千里”的商业赛事发展，其影响力日甚。……
