[摘要] 目的 探究良好的产时护理对于妊娠期糖尿病产妇阴道分娩安全性的价值。 方法 该文选取该院2015年4月—2016年4月的80例糖尿病产妇作为研究对象，通过随机数字法将其分为两组，一组为实验组一组为对照组，对照组采用常规的护理，实验组则在产时对其进行良好的护理，加强对于产妇的饮食干预以及心理干预，并且在新生儿出生后对其进行及时的护理，在这一过程中应对于产妇以及新生儿的相关数据进行记录，以方便进一步的探究。 结果 实验组40例妊娠期糖尿病产妇均在护理过程中良好的对于血糖进行了控制，并且顺利的从阴道分娩。对照组的效果较实验组有较大的差异（P<0.05）。 结论 良好的产时护理对于妊娠期糖尿病产妇有着十分显著的作用，不仅能够帮助产妇缓解负面情绪，提升分娩质量，还能够很大程度的对于产妇的满意程度进行提升，在今后的临床中可以对于这一方法进行广泛的使用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the safety of good intrapartum nursing on the safety of vaginal delivery of delivery women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases of diabetic delivery women treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the control group and the experimental group respectively adopted the routine nursing and good intrapartum nursing， and the dieting intervention and mental intervention were enhanced and the related data of delivery women and newborns were recorded in order to provide convenience for the further study. Results The blood glucose was better controlled in the experimental group in the nursing course， and vaginal delivery was successfully conducted， and the difference in the effect between the two groups was big（P<0.05）. Conclusion The good intrapartum nursing has an obvious effect on the delivery women with gestational diabetes mellitus， which can not only help delivery women relieve the negative emotion， improve the delivery quality but also greatly improve the satisfactory degree of delivery women， which can be widely applied in the future clinic.

妊娠期糖尿病即產妇在怀孕后才发现自己患有糖尿病，不包括在怀孕前就已经得知自身患有糖尿病的患者。妊娠期糖尿病患者的发病率极高，并且随着当前人们生活水平的进一步提升，这一疾病的发病率就进一步得以提升[1]。在妊娠过程中，糖尿病的存在会对于孕妇生理上造成影响，使得内分泌紊乱，因此十分容易增加妊娠过程中的危险性，这一情况又会对于产妇的心理造成影响，增加产妇的焦虑与不安，严重情况下会造成抑郁的情绪的产生。而这些不良情绪则会进一步的加剧产妇体内激素的不平衡，造成病情加重，因为在这一过程中我们应该对于以上问题进行重视[2]。……
