[摘要] 目的 观察滋阴补肾中药对于糖尿病肾阴虚证的治疗效果，对气阴两虚，络脉淤阻的治疗效果，寻找糖尿病肾病的中西医结合治疗方案。方法 对该院于2015年7月—2016年10月接收的70例糖尿病肾病患者，将患者分为实验组和对照组，每组35例患者，实验组在传统控制血糖基础上，加以服用滋阴补肾中药，观察两组疗效差异，对比得出滋阴补肾中药对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。结果 通过对两组患者的对照治疗，在基本病情相近的基础上，使用了滋阴补肾中药的试验组患者的尿蛋白等数据监测均优于对照组。结论 滋阴补肾中药对于糖尿病肾阴虚症存在着促进治疗的作用，可以在治疗时配合西药使用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription in treatment of Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome of Diabetic Mellitus and search for the combined treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine of Diabetic Nephropathies. Methods 70 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathies admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each， the experimental group added the nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription on the basis of the traditional blood glucose control， and the difference in the curative effect was observed thus obtaining the treatment effect of nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription on the kidney yin deficiency syndrome of diabetic mellitus. Results The urine protein monitoring in the test group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion Nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney prescription has a promotion effect on the kidney yin deficiency syndrome of diabetic mellitus， which can be used combined with the western medicine.

糖尿病作為一种内分泌疾病，对于人类的健康产生了极大的影响。而糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病的微血管并发症，糖尿病肾病的发病症状主要表现为：肾小球滤过率上升，尿中出现微量尿蛋白，逐渐出现蛋白尿，这是糖尿病死亡的主要原因之一，其严重危害着患者的生命安全，因此，对肾病的治疗，已经成为防止糖尿病进一步发展的重要渠道之一，滋阴补肾中药与西药的互相配合，可以在很大程度上抑制糖尿病肾病的进一步恶化，促进患者康复，以下为该研究的结果展示，以期为其他研究者提供参考，现报道如下。
