[摘要] 目的 探讨祛腐生肌膏治疗糖尿病下肢溃疡的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析该院介入科2016年1—6月收治的46例糖尿病下肢溃疡患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组。两组均予糖尿病常规基础治疗，治疗组25例，用祛腐生肌膏纱布换药；对照组21例，用凡士林纱布换药。两组患者每日上午换药1次，4周为1个疗程，观察2个疗程后两组创面愈合情况。随访2个月后统计两组患者愈合时间长短。 结果 治疗组溃疡平均愈合速度快于对照组，治愈率及总有效率高于对照组，随访2个月结果显示治疗组愈合时间明显少于对照组，两组组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 祛腐生肌膏治疗糖尿病下肢溃疡临床疗效显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of qufu shengji ointment in treatment of diabetic lower extremity ulcer. Methods 46 cases of patients with diabetic lower extremity ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from January to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups， both groups were given the routine basic treatment， and the treatment group with 25 cases changed the drugs by the qufu shengji ointment， while the control group with 21 cases changed the drugs by the vaseline gauze， and both groups changed the drugs once every morning， and a treatment course was 4 weeks， after two treatment courses， the wound healing situation was observed and after 2 month follow-up， the healing time of the two groups was counted. Results The average healing rate in the treatment group was rapider than that in the control group， and the total effective rate and cure rate were higher than those in the control group， and the two-month follow-up results showed that the healing time in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of qufu shengji ointment in treatment of diabetic lower extremity ulcer is obvious， which is worth clinical promotion and application.

糖尿病指體内胰岛素分泌不足或相对不足，或者靶细胞对胰岛素敏感性降低而导致机体糖、脂代谢紊乱的综合症。临床表现有：多饮多食，消瘦等，并好发各种急慢性并发症[1]。下肢皮肤溃疡是糖尿病常见并发症，病程长，预后差，亦是糖尿病患者截肢常见诱因之一。祛腐生肌膏可以祛湿解毒、化瘀养血、消肿止痛、祛腐生肌，具有促进创面愈合、新生血管生成和胶原合成的作用，适用于脉管炎、静脉炎、动脉硬化闭塞等各种原因引起的久治不愈的皮肤溃疡[2]。该科将祛腐生肌膏用于糖尿病下肢溃疡患者，取得良好临床疗效，现报道如下。
