[摘要] 目的 探讨对糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术实施围手术期护理干预的效果。 方法 选取该院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的糖尿病患者120例，并随机分为两组，对照组的60例患者实施常规护理，观察组的60例患者则实施围手术期综合护理，对两组患者的手术治疗效果、患者的住院时间及患者对护理工作的满意度进行观察和对比。结果 观察组的治疗效果明显比对照组好（P<0.05）；观察组患者的住院时间明显比对照组短（P<0.05）；观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显比对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术实施围手术期护理干预能够明显提高患者的治疗效果，缩短患者的住院时间，提高患者的满意度，值得在临床上推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on the diabetic patients during the perioperative period. Methods 120 cases of diabetic patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each， the control group and the observation group were respectively given the routine nursing and the comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period， and the operation treatment effect， length of stay and satisfactory degree to the nursing work were observed and compared. Results The treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）， and the length of stay in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group（P<0.05）， and the satisfactory degree to the nursing work in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention during the perioperative period for diabetic patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can obviously improve the treatment effect of patients， shorten the length of stay and improve the satisfactory degree， which is worth clinical promotion.

近年來，由于人们生活习惯的改变，导致糖尿病患者的数量呈逐渐上升的趋势。且糖尿病患者合并胆囊息肉及胆囊结石的现象也比较常见。胆囊具有储存及浓缩胆汁的作用，可以调节生理功能，但是胆囊一旦出现疾病，会给患者带来剧痛，甚至会导致患者出现其他严重的并发症[1]。所以，当患者出现胆结石、胆囊炎等疾病时，临床医生在大部分情况下会建议进行胆囊切除术。而糖尿病患者大多对手术的耐受性较差，在血糖未得到有效控制时，会导致手术的风险增加。因此，必须对患者进行有效的护理干预支持。该次研究为了探讨对糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术实施围手术期护理干预的效果，选取2016年1月—2017年1月期间在该院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的糖尿病患者120例，其中60例患者实施围手术期综合护理，取得了较好的效果，现报道如下。
