[摘要] 目的 观察护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发糖尿病患者临床效果的影响。 方法 对2012年1月—2017年1月该院收治的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病患者给予调整血糖、控制感染、改善营养状况等对症治疗的同时，实施心理干预，强化呼吸道护理，合理控制患者的饮食，指导患者适度运动等护理干预措施。 结果 78 例患者经给予对应治疗的同时，给予科学、系统的护理干预，使空腹血糖降至（6.43±1.34） mmol/L；COPD 急性期症状均得到改善；肺部感染控制率为95.6%（43/45） ，患者满意度达62.2%（77/78）。 结论 对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病患者，护理工作在有效地控制血糖、观察患者用药反应的同时，应给予患者以心理支持，强化呼吸道管理，给予饮食、运动干预，以提升生活质量，降低病死率。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and diabetes. Methods 78 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were given the mental intervention， enhancing the respiration tract nursing， rationally controlling the diet of patients and guiding the proper exercises of patients on the basis of the adjusting the blood glucose， controlling infection and improving the nutrition status. Results The scientific and systematic nursing intervention on the basis of the symptomatic treatment of 78 cases could decrease the fasting blood glucose to （6.43 ±1.34） mmol/L， and the COPD symptoms during the acute period were improved and the lung infection control rate was 95.6%（43/45） and satisfactory degree of patients was 96.2%（77/78）. Conclusion The mental support， respiration tract management enhancement and dieting and exercise intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and diabetes on the basis of the effective control of blood glucose can improve the quality of life and reduce the morality.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病与糖尿病均为常见病， 近年来随着人口老龄化进展的加剧及生活方式和膳食结构的改变，2 型糖尿病发病率呈持续上升趋势，两病并发发病率逐年增长，慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病较之单纯的慢性阻塞性肺疾病或糖尿病的病情均更为复杂， 临床上控制这类患者的病情以控制血糖、改善呼吸功能为主，以达到减少急性发作的目的。由于两病并发 ，致病情复杂，相互影响，在治疗上互相制约，导致临床治疗效果不佳。因此，临床给予对应治疗的同时，还应加强对患者科学、系统的护理干预，以保证治疗效果， 寻求一种合理的护理方法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病患者具有重要的意义。……
