[摘要] 目的 研究妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期高血压的发病特征，并总结妊娠期糖尿病和妊娠期高血压之间的相关性。方法 选取该院2015年3月—2016年12月之间收治的妊娠期患者60例，其中30例患者患有妊娠期糖尿病，30例患者患有妊娠期糖尿病并发妊娠期高血压，分成妊娠期糖尿病组和妊娠期糖尿病并发妊娠期高血压组，同时，选取30名到该院进行身体日常检查的孕妇作为对照组进行研究。对3组孕妇进行血糖、血压、血脂等身体参数的测定，总结出影响孕妇患有妊娠期糖尿病及妊娠期高血压的影响因素。结果 妊娠期糖尿病患者的血压、血糖、血脂参数均高于正常的孕妇，妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期糖尿病并发高血压患者之间在空腹血糖、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白等身体参数一致，均明显高于对照组。结论 妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期高血压之间具有相关性，与血糖、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白等参数联系密切。

[Abstract] Objective To research the features of gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension and summarize the correlation between them. Methods 60 cases of patients during the pregnant period admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected including 30 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus and 30 cases with gestational hypertension， and the 30 cases of delivery women with physical examination were selected as the control group， and the blood glucose， blood pressure and blood liquid were compared between the three groups， and the influence factors of gestational diabetes mellitus on the gestational hypertension were summarized. Results The blood pressure， blood glucose and blood liquid of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were higher than those in the normal delivery women， and the fasting blood glucose， total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were consistent with those of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension， and all indexes were obviously higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The gestational diabetes mellitus is related to the gestational hypertension， which is closely related to the blood glucose， cholesterol and high density lipoprotein.

妊娠期糖尿病會造成孕妇体内糖含量下降，身体状态有所影响，对其营养的摄入和饮食习惯的均衡均不利，使得孕妇可能不足以为胎儿的健康发育提供足够的营养，增加病儿或者胎儿死亡几率，对孕妇和胎儿的健康成长均有消极作用，要加大对妊娠期糖尿病的重视程度，对孕妇的身体状态定期进行检查，尤其是孕妇体内糖含量、血压、血脂等重要参数，是诊断孕妇身体状况的重要因素。……
