[摘要] 目的 分析阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗老年糖尿病的临床效果。 方法 以108例老年糖尿病患者为对象，电脑随机分为联合组与参照组，各54例。参照组，单纯给予阿卡波糖片治疗，联合组，联合阿卡波糖片与甘精胰岛素治疗，对比分析患者治疗效果。 结果 治疗前，两组患者血糖指标差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后，联合组血糖指标明显优于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对比不良反应，联合组发生率为5.6%，参照组为7.4%，组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 老年糖尿病，联合阿卡波糖片与甘精胰岛素治疗，疗效显著，具有推广价值。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acarbose tablets and insulin glargine in treatment of senile diabetes. Methods 108 cases of senile diabetes patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each， the control group were only treated with acarbose tablets， while the combined group were treated with acarbose tablets and insulin glargine， and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment， there was no obvious difference in the blood glucose index between the two groups（P>0.05）， after treatment， the blood glucose indexes in the combined group were obviously better than those in the reference group， and the differences were statistically significant，P<0.05， and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the combined group and the reference group was not statistically significant（5.6% vs 7.4%）（P>0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of acarbose tablets and insulin glargine in treatment of senile diabetes is obvious， which is worth promotion.

老年糖尿病，病程長，胰岛素分泌异常，功能出现障碍，以高血糖、代谢紊乱为主要表现，若诊治不及时，可诱发多种合并症，如高血压、冠心病等，大大增加治疗难度，影响患者生命健康。因此，及时诊治老年糖尿病，对患者具有重要意义[1]。基于此，该院以108例老年糖尿病患者为对象，采用不同方式进行治疗，旨在分析阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗老年糖尿病的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以该院于2014年5月—2017年1月期间收治的108例老年糖尿病患者为对象，电脑随机分为联合组与参照组，各54例。纳入标准：①符合糖尿病诊断标准。②年龄≥60岁。③同意参与该研究，且签署有知情同意书。④空腹血糖值>8.0 mmol/L，饭后2 h血糖浓度>13.0 mmol/L，糖化血红蛋白浓度>7.5%。排除标准：①伴有严重肝肾、胃肠及心脑血管疾病患者。②伴有酮症酸中毒的糖尿病患者。③……
