[摘要] 目的 该文在开展研究工作的过程中主要对膀胱癌合并糖尿病患者的临床手术效果、处理方法进行探讨和研究，旨在为临床手术水平的提升提供借鉴和帮助。方法 该文在开展研究工作的过程中主要选用了2014年5月—2016年5月该院进行手术治疗的膀胱癌合并糖尿病患者共60例手术治疗的经验和相应的注意事项进行研究，对于手术前、手术中和手术后的并发症状况进行了分析。结果 通过该文的探讨研究及其相关资料和信息的统计，出现伤口感染的患者共有5例，发生率为8.3%，肺部感染的共有6例，发生率为10.0%，出現尿路感染的共有7例，发生率为11.7%，出现脑血栓的共有2例，发生率为3.3%，下肢静脉血栓形成1例，发生率为1.6%。在研究的过程中并没有出现死亡病例，整体治疗效果较好。患者平均伤口的愈合时间为（6.6±1.5）d，平均的住院时间为（9.6±2.5）d。结论 通过该文的探讨和研究发现，在针对膀胱癌合并糖尿病患者进行手术治疗的过程中应当注重对于围手术期的处理和控制，这样能够保证在手术的过程中达到更好的效果。

[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical operation effect of patients with carcinoma of urinary bladder and diabetes in order to provide reference and help for the clinical operation level. Methods 60 cases of patients with carcinoma of urinary bladder and diabetes treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and the treatment experience and notes were researched and the complications before operation， in operation and after operation were analyzed. Results The research showed that there were 5 cases with wound infection， and the incidence rate was 8.3%， and 6 cases with lung infection， and the incidence rate was 10.0%， and 7 cases with urinary tract infection， and the incidence rate was 11.7%， and 2 cases were with cerebral thrombosis， the incidence rate was 3.3%， and 1 case was with lower extremity venous thrombosis， and the incidence rate was 1.6%， in the research course， there were no death cases， and the holistic effect was better， and the average healing time and average length of stay of patients were respectively（6.6±1.5）d and （9.6±2.5）d. Conclusion The study shows that we should pay attention to the handling and control of patients with urinary bladder and diabetes during the perioperative stage in the operative treatment course， only in this way can we ensure a better effect in the operation course.

糖尿病是近年来十分常见的疾病形式，是一种十分常见的糖代谢异常疾病，这种疾病的发病率在近年来在不断善生。在研究的过程中发现，糖尿病可能是膀胱癌重要的致病危险因素之一。在泌尿系统疾病当中，膀胱癌是最为常见的恶性肿瘤，在对这种疾病进行治疗的过程中主要采用的是手术治疗，在针对毒膀胱癌进行治疗的过程中，手术的并发症较多会严重影响到患者的后期恢复。……
