[摘要] 目的 分析讨论AO钢板固定治疗腓骨骨折合并糖尿病的临床效果。 方法 研究2012年6月—2015年6月在该院治疗的60例腓骨骨折合并糖尿患者者的情况，根据手术治疗方案的不同把患者分成3个小组。第一组采用AO钢板治疗方法，第二组采用交锁髓内钉治疗方法，第三组采用外固定架治疗方法，研究这3组腓骨骨折合并糖尿患者者的治疗效果的不同。结果 无法得出第一组和第二组腓骨骨折合并糖尿患者者治疗效果差异，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；第二组与第三组效果差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 AO钢板固定治疗腓骨骨折合并糖尿病的医疗价值较高，效果较好。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of AO plate fixation in treatment of fibula fracture and diabetes. Methods 60 cases of patients with fibula fracture and diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected and divided into three groups according to the treatment methods， the first group adopted the AP plate treatment， the second group adopted the interlocking intramedullary nail treatment， while the third group adopted the external fixation treatment， and the treatment effect of the three groups was researched. Results The difference in the treatment effect of fibula fracture and diabetes between the first group and the second group was not concluded without the statistical significance（P>0.05）， and the difference between the second group and the third group was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The medical value of AO plate fixation in treatment of fibula fracture and diabetes is high with good effect.

人们的生活水平在不断提高，腓骨骨折合并糖尿病的患者也越来越多。腓骨骨折会导致糖尿病越来越严重，糖尿病也会大大加深患者身体的创伤，阻碍腓骨骨折的愈合，影响患者身体的恢复，影响患者的正常生活。所以说，使用正确合适的治疗手段对于腓骨骨折合并糖尿病患者来说是非常关键的，采取有效的措施治疗腓骨骨折具有十分重要的意义[1]。该研究对AO钢板固定治疗、交锁髓内钉治疗以及外固定架治疗方法的效果进行了分析，重点探讨了AO钢板固定治疗腓骨骨折合并糖尿病的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

该研究具体分析探讨了在该院治疗的60例腓骨骨折合并糖尿患者者的情况，这60例患者的年龄跨度为17.5～74.0岁，他们的平均年龄是（44.52±2.69）岁，这其中包括26例腓骨左侧骨折患者，34例腓骨右侧骨折患者；2……
