[摘要] 目的 通过临床治疗效果分析2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点，为2型糖尿病尿路感染的治疗带来一定的帮助。方法 选取2016年1—12月期间在该院进行治疗的90例2型糖尿病患者进行实验，其中出现尿路感染的有35例，为实验组，未出现尿路感染的有55例，为对照组。分别对两组患者进行尿检，并且对所有患者的性别、年龄、肾功能以及患病时间进行统计，分析出2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点。 结果 对所有患者进行尿检发现实验组患者中病原菌的含量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，除此之外，患者中老年人数居多，女性患者居多，实验组相较于对照组来说患者的肾功能较差，而且患病时间较长，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过对所有患者进行临床治疗与观察可以发现，2型糖尿病患者尿路感染多发生在老年人中，而且是以男性居多，2型糖尿病尿路感染的发生情况与患者的年龄、性别、肾功能情况以及患病时间的长短均有一定的关系，这些都是2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical features of urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes and provide a certain help for the treatment of it. Methods 90 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each， the experimental group were the patients with urinary tract infection， while the control group were the patients without urinary tract infection， and both groups were given the urine examination， and the gender， age， renal function and disease time of all patients were counted and the clinical features of urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes were analyzed. Results The content of pathogenic bacteria in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant， besides， the female patients and the middle-aged and senile patients were most， and the renal function in the experimental group was worse than that in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment and observation show that the urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes is mostly in senile patients and male patients， and the occurrence of urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes is related to the age， gender， renal function and disease time， and all of them are the clinical features of it.

糖尿病是現如今比较常见的一种疾病，对人体的危害十分巨大，一旦患上糖尿病就需要终身治疗，患者需要承受很大的痛苦，会对其正常生活造成严重的影响，而且需要长期进行治疗。除此之外，由于患病原因的不同，糖尿病还分为Ⅰ型糖尿病和2型糖尿病两种，这两只糖尿病除了患病机理不同之外，在临床表现上也会有一定的差别。该文主要是介绍了其中2型糖尿病的一些特点以及2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点。主要是由于2型糖尿病比较容易引起患者尿路感染，给患者造成比较大的痛苦，要想治疗这一疾病，首先就需要对其临床特点进行充分的了解，这样有助于相关人员开展研究工作，为2型糖尿病患尿路感染的治疗带来帮助，从而减轻患者自身的痛苦以及给家属和家庭造成的各方面的困扰，现报道如下。……
