[摘要] 脑卒中是由于脑内动脉狭窄、闭塞性病变或破裂病变诱发的急性脑部血液循环障碍性疾病。疾病的多发性及高致残、致死率严重影响患者身心健康。便秘作为脑卒中常见并发症状，卒中后发生率极高，对患者疾病预后产生不利影响。因此及时给予患者有效的护理干预措施，预防控制便秘并发症状的发生是提升疾病预后的关键所在。近年祖国医学在广大医学学者及研究人员的推广探索下得到飞跃式的发展，其在脑卒中便秘护理中的应用亦是不计其数。本文现对脑卒中便秘病因、中医特色护理技术的应用以及发展展望进行以下阐述。

[Abstract] Stroke is an acute brain blood circulation disturbance caused by the cerebral artery stenosis， occlusive disease or rupture lesion， and the multiple， high disabled rate and morality of disease seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients， therefore， the timely and effective nursing interventions and preventing and controlling the constipation and complications are the key to improving the disease prognosis， in recent years， the TCM obtains the leap development under the promotion and exploration of massive scholars and research staff， and the application in the nursing of stroke and constipation is countless， and the paper elaborates the causes of stroke and constipation， application of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and development and prospect.

便秘是临床脑卒中患者常见多发并发症状之一，脑卒中便秘患者排便时存在过度用力现象，其常可导致患者颅内压的急剧升高，诱发心梗以及颅内出血等继发性心脑血管疾病，严重影响患者日常工作以及生活[1]。中医护理技术是依托于中医理论整体观发展起来的护理模式[2]。其以辩证施护为基础，以中医理论为依据，在脑卒中便秘患者的临床护理中占据重要地位。故此次对各种中医特色护理技术在脑卒中便秘患者中的应用进行综述，旨在为临床脑卒中便秘患者中医特色护理进行总结，为中医特色护理技术在临床中的开展以及延续提供依据。

1 脑卒中患者便秘致病因素分析
