【摘 要】我国当前市场经济的运行体制在不断地发生质的改变，而企业自身的发展要根据市场经济体制的改革展开积极的跟进工作，所以企业内部展开的思想政治工作就会面临着新一轮的难题。鉴于此，论文对企业思想政治工作面临的问题进行分析，通过阐述面临的问题，提出了几点创新对策。

【Abstract】 The running system of the current market economy in our country is changing constantly， and the development of the enterprise itself should follow the reform of the market economic system， so the ideological and political work in the enterprise will be faced with a new round of problems. In view of this， the paper analyzes the problems faced by enterprise ideological and political work， and puts forward some innovative countermeasures through the exposition of the problems.

1 引言

当前的新形势下，企业为了在激烈的市场竞争过程中赢得一席立足之地，获得持久发展的资格，就必须于企业内部展开相关的思想政治管理工作。该项工作的有效开展，不仅为企业发展起到了关键性的促进作用，还在一定程度上让企业内部员工单位个体的思想认知状况得到升华，并提升员工自身的人生观、世界观以及价值观，从而为企业接下来的发展起到正面性积极影响。由此可知，针对企业思想政治工作面临的问题及创新对策展开分析研究相当有必要。

2 企业思想政治中普遍出现的问题

2.1 对于思想政治认知匮乏

在大部分的企业内部，相关管理人员对于挽留人才的认知上往往停留于较为浅薄的层面中，将物质需求列为员工首要的需求重点，不仅不了解员工对于企业精神的文化需求点，而且自身对于本企业的精神文化也不甚了解[1]。由于传统的思想政治工作观念牢牢根植于当前的企业经营管理中，所以导致管理工作的展开缺少创新性。……
