摘要：目的 观察精神分裂症伴抑郁老年患者行艾司西酞普兰和奋乃静联合治疗的效果。方法 分析2016年1月～2017年1月本院收治的精神分裂症伴抑郁78例老年患者资料，按照临床治疗方法不同分成两组，将行单纯奋乃静治疗39例患者作为对照组，将和行艾司西酞普兰联合治疗39例患者作为观察组，对比两组效果。结果 观察组治疗1 个月、2个月后BPRS和HAMD评分均比对照组低（P<0.05）。结论 精神分裂症伴抑郁老年患者行艾司西酞普兰和奋乃静联合治疗能够改善其精神分裂症状和抑郁心理，值得临床推广。关键词： 抑郁；精神分裂症；老年；奋乃静；艾司西酞普兰

Effect of Escitalopram Combined with Perphenazine in the Treatment of Senile Schizophrenia with Depression

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of combination therapy of escitalopram and perphenazine in elderly patients with schizophrenia and depression.Methods A total of 78 patients with schizophrenia with depression were enrolled in this study from January 2016 to January 2017.According to the clinical treatment，the patients were divided into two groups.39 patients with simple perphenazine alone were treated as control group.And line of escitalopram combined with 39 patients treated as an observation group，compared the two groups of effects.Results The scores of BPRS and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1m and 2m（P<0.05）.Conclusion The combination therapy of escitalopram and perphenazine can improve the symptoms of schizophrenia and depression in schizophrenia patients with depression.It is worthy to be popularized.

精神分裂癥属于临床一种常见精神病，常伴多方面障碍与精神活动及环境不协调，易产生抑郁心理，临床一般采取药物治疗[1]。本文对本院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的精神分裂症伴抑郁78例老年患者分别实施不同治疗方案的效果进行分析，现作如下报告。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

分析2016年1月～2017年1月本院收治的精神分裂症伴抑郁78例老年患者资料，本研究方案均得到医学伦理委员会的批准，对象均自愿签署同意书，无药物过敏史，将合并肾肝心功能严重不全者排除，且均和精神分裂症临床诊断标准相符合[2]。按照临床治疗方法不同分成两组，分别为39例，对照组男女比例22：17，年龄62～80岁，平均（69.20±2.08）岁，其中16例首发，23例复发；观察组男女比例23：16，年龄62～81岁，平均（69.23±2.09）岁，其中17例首发，22例复发；两组基线资料对比未显示高度差异（P>0.05）。

1.2治疗方案

对照组行单纯奋乃静（天津力生制药股份有限公司，H12020223，2 mg/片）治疗：每次2～4 mg，2～3次/d。观察组于对照组基础上联合艾司西酞普兰（四川科伦药业股份有限公司，H20080788，10mg/片）治疗：首次剂量10～20 mg，1次/d，服用3 d后据患者实际病情进行调整，但最大剂量不超过40 mg，两组均持续治疗2个月后评估疗效。……
